“I started with 15% azelaic acid. After a week I switched to 20%. I have not had any adverse reactions. Yes, it did burn a little the few times. After a few days there is no burning at all. I use it twice a day. Once in my AM routine after cleansing and toning. Then in my PM routine after cleansing and toning. I pump is enough for my entire face and neck.
