“Wow the 20 percent cream has made a huge difference in my skin from the first bottle. It has cleared residual spots dramatically, and is making a big dent in my old hyperpigmentation and acne scars! Currently on my second bottle. Fair warning it does tingle on application but I only use at night time pre moisturizer, and being Azealic acid it doesnt increase sun sensitivity. There was a noticeable difference in the gap of time between my first bottle finishing and my second bottle arriving, where I had a recurrence of some spots when I wasn’t applying the cream. Once I did resume it went back to clearing and preventing breakouts.”

“Amazing product. It's working along with my other products to lighten what was severe melasma on my cheeks and forehead. I use it in the mornings after my Alpha Arbutin & Tranexemic acid serum, then my vitamin C serum. After applying Dermatica's 20% azelaic acid I apply my moisturizer and tinted sunscreen. At night I use my Alpha Arbutin & Tranexemic acid serum again, 0.1% tretinoin, then I apply a night time moisturizer 20- 30 minutes after the tretinoin fully absorbs. I hope this helps.
