“The information was so good, but I missed a lot of it because of having to download the Miro app, which took attention away from the presentation. Then the break-out rooms were hard to navigate, and none of us in the room I was in could figure out how to download a photo as was requested. The distraction of it all prevented me (and I am sure others) from getting the most out of the class. It we had been given advance notice to have the app downloaded and perhaps a short tutorial of its use and how to navigate the breakout rooms, it would have gone much smoother for us all.”
