“If any way to improve the volume quality of video inserts, that is recommended. Was unable to understand most of the audio on the 1 video insert because of low volume transmitted on that through the online course. Lynne's own audio however was more than sufficient and overall found her presentations excellent and very relatable both professionally & personally.”
