“Charles is a no-nonsense type of guy and detail driven. As a presenter, this was much appreciated because you understood his thought process as a designer and how he documented and communicated to all the parties in the building process. He is a perfectionist but understood that there is no perfect project. His experiences offered life lessons to all those participating.”
