“We have now had the mattress for 3 weeks and have decided to keep it. We bought the mattress with a medium side and a medium firm side. The firmer side was too firm for us, but the medium side just right. We can still feel each other moving around, but not getting out of bed, so that is good. The mattress feels supportive, but not too hard and is nice to sit or lie on. It was disappointing not to receive the blue piping round the edge nor a label to say the make of the mattress, this was particularly disappointing and a bit concerning. The mattress is extremely heavy, so I wouldn't recommend a single person getting it, as it would be impossible to move. It was very difficult removing the mattress from the large plastic bag that it came in. The communication from the company was very minimal. In a way it's nice to not receive lots of marketing emails, but a courtesy email after 1 week to say the mattress was running late due to the high volumes of orders, would have been helpful as I had become concerned that the company had shut down! When I contacted them they did reply very quickly which was good. So there are positive and negative points, but I am pleased that I found this mattress and that we bought it.”
