“Emma arranged a bespoke holiday for me to see the wildlife of Costa Rica; my retirement present from me to me. I had an itinerary of places I wanted to go from a friend who knew someone there and had visited the places they had recommended on a driving holiday with his family. The holiday encompassed travelling the breadth of the county and visiting different wildlife reserves as they travelled. Emma followed this itinerary and booked this bespoke itinerary for me as a single person; including safe transport between the areas that I wanted to visit. She got 3 quotes from different companies who arrange the sort of holidays I was looking for, one was way over budget, and one was just over. The other was quite a bit under budget, but the hotels were a bit basic for my liking. Emma worked hard with the company that was near budget to change a few of the hotels, but still with the degree of comfort I like, so that it came in under budget. Throughout the process, Emma was frequently in contact with me to check that what she was arranging would fit the bill. Emma's work for me didn't stop when I made the booking, as after I booked; I thought I might like to do an excursion that I hadn't put on the original itinerary. The extra excursion didn't pan out, but it didn't seem to bother Emma that she'd put in the extra miles looking into something that bore no fruit. I would therefore unequivocally recommend Emma.”

“Emma was supremely efficient, responding swiftly and fully to all our questions, offering good and varied advice and was always patient and extremely friendly in her approach. Great to have the pressure taken off us in our holiday planning procedure. Would highly recommend as a travel advisor.”
