“We had a fabulous time on our trip to Lapland, thank you. The trip really lived up to expectations and we all loved it! All the activities were great, hotel was very nice, everything was easy – and your help arranging it all, including the hints and tips, and discussing things like the hotel options, especially given that you had actually been there previously, was so helpful. We were also very lucky to see the Northern Lights too, so an absolute tick on the bucket list! Was really magical, just as we had hoped.”

“As always I’ve booked our next holiday with Emma. I saw the deals on NCL cruises that I liked the look of. Sent Emma the screenshot of what I’d seen online. She matched the price (actually 50p cheaper lol) and has it marked in the diary for sorting flights out when they are released. Emma takes the hassle out of any booking, doesn’t cost any extra and I know I’m in safe hands should anything go wrong between now and next year. Also very knowledgable about location of the cruise port, how far from the airport, and will sort hotels near the port before getting the cruise. She is wonderful and I would never book with anyone else or go directly. 17 years of booking my holidays - she deserves her multiple awards. Thanks again Emma x”

“I can't thank Emma enough with the planning of our family holiday in June 2027. 3 families, one of which lives in the USA, so it got a bit complicated but Emma has sorted it all out for us in a most efficient and timely manner. Emma always returned calls promptly and in few days it was all sorted. I wouldn't hesitate to use Emma again for our future holidays and I can highly recommend her.”
