“My experience with Emma has been amazing, she is kind, friendly and approachable. I’ve booked a family cruise for May 2026 being our first cruise I felt really overwhelmed with options but Emma explained everything in detail via emails and phone calls, she made my whole experience simple and easy. “As usual I rang Emma and informed her what I required, she told me that she would get right on it and ring back with a price as soon as possible. Within the hour she had returned my call with a price and I told her to book for me. As always she was super efficient and professional, I book all my holidays with Emma and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.”

“We phoned Emma this morning, asking for a holiday to Majorca flying from Southampton. Emma researched all flight, came back with good flight times and hotel.
