“So this is the 5th holiday i have booked through Emma. As always, I send an email detailing what I would like and within 24hrs we had a telephone conversation followed by a quotation or 2. Emma is thorough, making sure she finds the best deal at the right price making sure you get exactly what you want. I would not hesitate in recommending Emma to anyone. If you think using an independent travel agent costs more than the high st. Think again, because it isn't and you get more personal care , someone at the end of the phone should a problem arise before or during your holiday at anytime. You don't get that level of service on the high st. Thank you Emma....”

“Despite having to travel to Chester for a function Emma was able to book this cruise ( and agree with me on the cabin selection after having spoken a couple of times with Silversea ) within 24 hours of me first contacting her. Superlative service from Emma - as always !”

“Booking a holiday for a large group (seven people!) can be incredibly stressful, but Emma made the entire process an absolute joy.
