“Emma posted a trip to Italy (Lake Como) on her socials for 2026. The trip had a 15% discount which I knew wouldn't last long. I couldn't book it as our dog sitter was away celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. I contacted Emma some 2-3 weeks later enquiring about the trip. I fully expected the 15% discount to be long gone. To my surprise not only was the 15% discount still available, Designer Travel had also been given a discount for anyone booking the trip through them. So from my initial email to Emma, which was out of office hours . Within less than 24 hours I had booked the trip with extra savings. This is the 2nd trip I have booked with Emma this year, whom I met at a charity event some years ago. It won't be the last. Within an hour of paying the deposit, I had a receipt, the assurance that my trip is fully protected and a full itinerary including flights and timings etc emailed to me. Emma also sent me optional excursions with costs should I wish to add any of them to the trip. All done from the comfort of my living room. Amazing . Thank you Emma ...”

“Emma has been booking our family holidays for over 5 years now. She is Brillant at knowing exactly what we want! Whether it’s a road trip along the west coast of America or a quick European city break. If there has ever been an issue whilst on holiday Emma has been right there to get it sorted, which is just great. Emma always goes above and beyond for us.”
