“We first approached Emma last year about a family multi centre holiday for a special long haul trip, we could not make a decision on destination at that time, so we recently popped into our local Trailfinfers store to resurrect our holiday plans, then we approached Emma with the quote, she made suggestions on small itinerary changes and alternative hotels too in almost all locations and we eventually managed to get the booking secured for our family for over £1,500 less than we had been quoted elsewhere. “We approached Emma for a family European city break at the end of November, we requested good flight times and we were open to destinations within our budget. “I’ve been booking holidays with Emma for about 16 years now and every time she comes up trumps with quality of hotels, location and expertise. Always within the budget I’m working to as well. She sorts everything out and is just amazing and friendly all the time. Wouldn’t book with anyone else.”

“As always, superb service from Emma, we just explain what we want and we get a rapid response. Nothing is too much trouble and every detail is taken care of from the big things like hotel and type of accommodation to details such as reserving seats in outbound and inbound flights. We wouldn't book with anyone else but Emma, which is a testament to her attention to detail and speedy service.”
