“We have already booked 2 holidays with Emma this year. So when looking for a Caribbean cruise for my birthday next March we knew just who to turn to. After chatting on the phone explaining what we thought we wanted as we have not cruised the Caribbean before, Emma understood. Within 24 hours we had 3 quotes, different itineraries, different cruise lines, flights etc. We were still chatting over the quotes when Mr Parry was serving up the evening meal. Well past office hours. Decision made. Emma called me back later in the evening, took my card details so she could book it at 8am when the cruise line opened, before the travel agents started work in case the price went up. Legend..... Emma even found anomalies on a booking I had made with a different agent on the same cruise line for a different holiday and corrected them. I know where all my future travel plans will be booked in the future. Thank you Emma. You really do go above and beyond.”

“This was my first holiday booking without my parents, so my first "girls trip" abroad and my friend recommended Emma to me We told Emma which resort we wanted to go in Greece and gave her her various dates to look at She came back to us the same day with suggested apartments and hotels in our chosen resort with great reviews and close to the beach and the centre of the resort all within our budget, which we had been unable to find ourselves online! We know our money is safe with Emma and she will do everything from our check-ins to boarding passes and tickets Thanks so much Emma ;-)”

“We set Emma a challenge of finding a ski holiday for three families over new year in a chalet We knew we were booking late and options would be limited and our budget was a stretch, as too were all our requests for the type of resort and other activities aside from skiing in the resort. Emma took this all in her stride and came up trums, even booking whist she was away in London on a family break, and then adding on ski carriage and special assistance too for one of he party, thanks Emma for all your help again with our holiday plans.”
