“So never booked a snowboarding holiday and wanting to take my kids for there 1st one. Emma has been fantastic!! From the very start when asking questions regards best places to go to getting us booked in for a really good price . She's sorting everything including lift passes to booking our snowboard hire. Thank you Emma for your help and great service on making it all so easy. I will definitely be using Emma from now on”

“We had never used a travel agent before. But this was quite a complex USA holiday so we approached Emma, who organised everything for us. We had a wish list but she also made suggestions. She answered all our queries very quickly and the whole holiday ran very smoothly. Thanks Emma, we had a fabulous time and will come back to you for help in the future. Chris and Andrew”

“Thank you, Emma, as always jumped straight into action following my holiday booking request, which I must add, I don’t make easy! Don’t know where to go, no idea what we want, HELP! Not only does Emma’s wealth of knowledge and experience shine through, but she ‘gets it’, listening to my holiday needs and drawing on personal experience to advise and guide. We are off on a family holiday to Mauritius. We had never even considered this location before speaking to Emma, and we can not wait, thank you for opening our minds to new experiences. Booking was simple, smooth and so quick. We made the decision at 9pm in the evening and by 10am the following day, we were all booked, and deposit paid. Amazing.”

“What can I say other than what an absolute star Emma is!! She has doggedly stuck with what seemed like an impossible mission at times to book our Xmas/New Year holiday but we have ended up with the perfect holiday and all thanks to Emma's professionalism and all done below the budget we set! There is no doubt about it I would never trust anyone else other than Emma with our holiday requirements, she knows exactly what we will and won't accept and always without doubt goes above and beyond everytime to ensure we get the holiday we want! She is our holiday angel”
