“in 2021 i went to CANADA at the worse of covid. emma looked after me brilliantly, every detail covered, In 2025 i am going back to CANADA. I have booked again with EMMA. She is a clever girl and up to date with everything . Highly recommended, e”

“Emma makes the process of booking a holiday so simple. Within 24 hours of me reaching out to her regarding a trip for October Half Term, we are booked, paid, confirmed and delighted. Will not book a holiday, even a mini break without speaking to Emma first. Highly recommend.”

“Booked a family holiday with Emma. As usual she went beyond the expected. She managed the changes asked for by my daughters and myself with her normal good humour and efficiency. Even recommending a company to hire a mobility scooter. I can’t recommend her enough for her professional and friendly service.”

“Emma has recently helped us book a family trip to Lapland. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and thorough when covering all our options. The fact she'd actually been to the place we were looking at really helped and she clearly understood what we were looking to achieve with our young children. I already really appreciated the way that she hunted out the most reasonable prices for us, using her knowledge of the market to know which dates and locations would have availability for the best value without compromising on the quality of the accommodation or inclusions we were booking. A really top quality first experience of booking through Emma for us, we'll definitely be back again.”

“We've received returned from two holidays booked by Emma over the summer, one was a family holiday and one was a couples holiday. We have booked with Emma for several years now, after a friend recommended her to us, we tell her what we like and she comes back to us with the suggested holiday options and does all the hard work, our holidays have always been wonderful, thanks Emma”
