“Emma is always our "go to" person for our travel plans, this is the second holiday this year we have booked with her. This was very last minute within seven days of travel. Emma found us a great deal, we booked the same day and our tickets and boarding passes were with us in a matter of hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma to others, she takes all the hassle out of holiday bookings”

“We have been using Emma for over 10 days and she has booked many holidays for us - both short haul and long haul and both short and long holidays. “I've booked holidays with Emma for about the last 15 years. Service is fantastic and responsive. And.. even better than the excellent booking service is the before and during the trip. “Emma was recommended to me by a friend a couple of years ago and I recently contacted Emma to book a special holiday for my upcoming 50th Birthday. I wish I'd contacted her sooner! Emma found us the perfect holiday exactly to our requirements and gave us some great advice before booking. Her knowledge, friendliness and professionalism are second to none. I will now always use Emma for our holidays in the future, she's been available whenever I've needed her, quick to respond to any queries and unlike some of the large companies you book with, she actually cares about you and your booking, you're simply not just a number and she genuinely values you as a customer! It's so refreshing in this day and age.”

“I have booked two holidays through Emma, what a lovely personal service she provides in arranging a holiday every little detail is covered and nothing is too much trouble you can ask a question and the answer is fired back to you in seconds, she goes out of her way to ensure you get the best of everything from flights to the best rooms in the best hotels and ensuring you safely transported from the airport to accommodation. Booking a holiday with Emma is so easy and whilst you’re relaxing in the sun you know if anything becomes a problem Emma will sort it out, as for herself she is a little lady with a massive heart and very professional in her duties”
