“I have used Heidi over the past few years for many different types of holidays. I can honestly say that nothing has ever been too much trouble for her when I have suggested a destination. She will always look for the best deals, hotels and flight times along with transfers from the airport to hotel if required. Heidi also does all the booking of seats and boarding passes taking all the stress out of you having to do this yourself. She keeps you updated on what is happening and immediately lets you know of any changes. I highly recommend Heidi and her business when booking a holiday”

“After reading so many positive reports from her clients over her excellent management of COVID cancellations, we decided to give her a try, booking a Jet2 holiday with her. Based on our experience of her service and communications with that booking, since then we’ve booked Jet2 holidays, Cruises, group holidays and bespoke holidays. It’s very reassuring that she’s available when you need her via whats app messages or video - wherever in the world we’ve been. One example is when we were cruising from Sydney to Auckland in January she contacted us on what’s app to advise she had checked with the hotel she’d booked us in Auckland and everything was ok there. Luckily it wasn’t affected by the flooding Auckland was experiencing - we weren’t even aware of the problem!”

“I have used Heidi quite a few times now and never been disappointed. Heidi is very knowledgeable, efficient and understanding. I always get updates if any changes and close to the holiday all information required . I had to cancel a holiday quite last minute due to a family illness. Heidi made this so easy for me which eased my stress considerably. I used to always just book my own holidays however after using Heidi I feel this is a more secure way to do things with help and reassurance.”

“Heidi is professional, approachable and very knowledgeable about all aspects of travel, whatever your situation. As a solo traveller she was able to suggest ideas I’d not considered and certainly broadened my horizons. I look forward to travelling with her again soon.”
