“We booked a holiday to Dubai in April. Our first time in Dubai and not much knowledge of the areas or hotels! Heidi was a superstar!! We had never used an independent travel agent before so that was also new! The amount of Information Heidi had was amazing! She really helped us pick the right hotel in the right area. The level of communication was fantastic! No matter what time it was, Heidi would always respond so quickly! She managed to get a cheaper deal than I could find anywhere else and always made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t fault her! Helps that she’s also very lovely! Had an amazing holiday and everything was so easy! thank you!”

“Heidi has booked a number of trips and Fabulous holidays for me . A small boat cruise in Croatia , a girls trip to Barcelona and an action packed adventure holiday to Norway and Finland ,the highlights of which was where we rode across frozen lakes on snow mobiles and saw the northern lights . The attention to detail and the lengths you go to and the work you put in researching and making sure everything is right is just fantastic . I cant wait to book another trip”

“Heidi has been our go to for booking all our Holidays for the last 5 plus years, you always get that personal touch and attention to detail when you book with her, I always used to book things independently but i now book via an agent, as we have had some fantastic deals and offers via her page, she even checks all passport details and let’s you know what visas etc (if any) you need, she is always available for any questions we have regarding our trips and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she provides a service that goes above and beyond anything we have experienced when booking in store in the past”
