“Heidi planned and booked our family summer holiday to Disneyland Paris in August this year. We were very happy with all aspects of our journey and stay. Our grandchildren were delighted with their treat boxes, a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend the private transfer option as this saves time getting to and from the hotel, more time to spend in the parks! We had a fabulous holiday making lots of happy memories! “Heidi,is fantastic we have booked with her for a number of years now and she has never let us down. We just tell her where,and when and she sorts the rest out,from door to resort or mainly cruises for us we like her friendliness even when she is on holiday she will sort your holiday,we dont even have to book seats on the plane or do on line check in,she does it all,and when you are home,she calls and makes sure you had a good time. We would reccomend Heidi to anyone looking for good friendly service Kevin and Nicky”

“Fabulous life experience never to be forgotten. Heidi organised the safari to Kenya and Tanzania with a five day rest in Zanzibar to top it off. Great guide/ drivers and lodges. We felt safe but still had loads of fun and adventures. Would highly recommend this trip”

“Heidi is an excellent travel agent who I will always use, no enquirey whether large or small is no problem to her and she will deal with it , in a very professional manner, she will also go that extra mile with any booking e.g even going to check in online for us. My mother and sister will use her again for any of their bookings as well. My rating of 5 stars is a very honest one for this excellent sales consultant.”

“Heidi did a great job organising our trip to Prague pre Christmas, everything she arranged for us went ever so smoothly with included taxi to and from airport. We asked Heidi to look at booking our main trip for 2024, we gave Heidi a budget, ideas and dates, despite it being her busiest time of year Heidi kept in touch over a few days and then provided us with a number of options for us to consider. All fantastic options to which we were more than happy to book one of these with her, we now can’t wait for our family adventure late in 2024. Heidi has also provided additional information about trips we can arrange which also takes the stress away of arranging as you know it’s all taken care of. Thanks again, Stephen, Julie, Sean & Oliver”

“Just returned from a week in Madeira in the Enotel Lido, this was a hotel recommend by Heidi after we told her what type of holiday we were looking for, well it was just perfect, room ,location and staff were fantastic, she sorted out everything and even checked us in online for our flights when check in opened! I always used to book holidays myself but found i was spending hours checking out destinations, hotels and what was in the surrounding areas, i now leave it to the professional and save myself hours of trawling online, Heidi has been (and still is ) a great help”
