“Just back from another wonderful holiday booked through Julie McGoran at Designer Travel, this time Italy was our destination. The whole process was so quick, easy, efficient and very personal. Nothing left to chance. Having never been to Italy we were guided by Julie and her fantastic industry knowledge of the country and in particular the resort we chose - Sorrento. Julie sourced hotel, flights, fast track passes, airport lounge access and airport car parking, as a result we found ourselves in the best location within resort, in a fabulous hotel. When our flight times changed, Julie stepped in and altered the airport lounge and airport carparking. People often talk about going the extra mile and great customer service but here is what's really special about Julie...... on our return from holiday I was speaking to Julie about how great the holiday and about the excursions we went on which we booked through the Tui rep whilst in resort. Two of the excursions were excellent, but we had a poor experience on the 3rd excursion and I had been trying, unsucessfully, to use the Tui app to raise a complaint. Even though Julie had nothng to do with this part of the holiday, she asked me to email her my complaint and she proceeded to address this with Tui over several days. Yesterday Tui offered me compensation for the poor quality excursion - a conclusion which would never have been reached without Julie's intervention. This is going the extra mile, this is customer service at its best and this is why we will always book through Julie at Designer Travel.”

“Julie is genuinely passionate about her job and providing her customers with an excellent holiday experience. Nothing is too much trouble, she's patient, very helpful and goes above and beyond. Julie keeps in touch regarding the booking with any recommendations, whether that be eating out, getting around, things in general at your chosen destination. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my holiday arrangements Thank you Julie”

“Right from my initial enquiry Julie has been extremely responsive and helpful. It has taken a while to get our multi centre holiday to just what we wanted, Julie has been happy to make any alterations and has kept us informed along the way. It has been a pleasure dealing with Julie and I will happily recommend her to family and friends in the future.”

“This is the second trip Julie has booked for our family. She is super responsive and is just a real pleasure to work with. She quickly came up with several options for Christmas markets trips for us at a great price. She takes away the hassle of trying to book everything yourself. We will be booking all our trips with Julie from now on!”
