“When I initially asked Julie for advice on a proposed holiday and asked for suggestions, she sorted out flights, accommodation and location exactly as I wanted. After booking the holiday, she has been exmplary in keeping me up to date, making sure I understood what paperwork and insurance documentation was required, indeed she sorted this out for me far more quickly and efficiently than I would have been able to do. Due to my working hours, Julie was happy to work "out of hours" with me, indeed, sorting it out over coffee in my house - something you don't get on the high street ! I would do nothing but use and recommend Julie time and again, she's that good she makes it a pleasure to spend money! ( and that's coming from a Yorksireman !)”

“We booked our holiday via Julie as she came recommended when we were looking for some help booking a bespoke holiday. We’ve only ever done package holidays that seem easily accessible with the bigger package firms, and this holiday was out of our comfort zone. However, Julie’s knowledge and expertise put me at ease immediately. We had no idea what we were after and Julie seemed to have the knowledge to help narrow our search to the perfect holiday. Nothing seemed difficult for her even though she was trying to accommodate a larger party (8 people), which is trickier than a usual 1 family villa everything had to be duplicated for 2 and trying to get availability was what I struggled with the most, so Julie did all that hard work. She listened to what we needed and made sure we had all the amenities we asked for close to our accommodation. Our stay will be a two centre holiday destination, so again not the easiest to locate the perfect holiday. She booked flights and is so attentive to details that she noticed how long we’d be waiting at airports, with certain connecting flights. Things I would have missed myself as by that point in a booking after sorting accommodation you just want it all booked and those details would get missed. Her response time to emails accommodate excellent. She has given us assurances of when we are on holiday she is still contactable and still works for us, so if we have any issues away to get in touch, and due to her speedy response already I already have that trust with her. We haven’t ventured on our holiday as yet as these things are booked in advance, but we are looking forward to it and have all the relevant documentation and guarantee certificates that we need, and she’s advised us on visas and immunisations that are required. I’ve enjoyed this part of my holiday booking so much that in future I wouldn’t hesitate to use Julie again (even those easier package holidays that I used to go to the bigger firms for) and I will certainly (I already have) recommend Julie for friends and family. Thank you Julie.”

“Julie is excellent at her job you brief her about what you want from a holiday and she finds it for you attention yo detail is excellent. The care you get from start to finish and even after is great nothing is any trouble at all you can approach her with anything at anytime and she will help, goes without saying we will be using her again we have loved our first holiday through her and the experience too thankyou xx”

“I have known Julie for several years in the travel industry and I have always found her to be extremely helpful. In my particular case, I recently gave her what turned out to be quite a task to find the perfect holiday for my grandaughter, her husband and ourselves...as usual Julie came up trumps and has found us the ideal vacation and as it will be their honeymoon she has even offered to contact the hotel personally to inform them of this, nothing has been too much trouble for her. A diamond every time!”

“Julie always goes above and beyond when we book our bespoke holidays and breaks away through her. If Julie were Mary Poppins she would be practically perfect in every way, we would not use anyone else for our holiday bookings, her approach to everything is calm, thorough, professional and approachable. The little touches are just the cherry on top and her ability to provide simply the best holidays ever is second to non”
