“After such a challenging year, our trip to South Africa to see family was exactly what we needed – and it wouldn’t have happened without you. It was all so last minute, and with flights filling up fast, you still managed to find us fabulous options, even starting from the Isle of Man (despite the weather and air traffic control hurdles!). Thanks to your perseverance and expertise, we’ve made the most amazing memories and ended the year on such a high. We’re so grateful for everything you did to make it happen. This was such a special trip for us – getting to see our son, his family, and meet our new grandchildren was simply unforgettable. We know it was all a bit last minute, but you absolutely worked your magic and made it happen! We’d never taken a flight with connections before, and you were there every step of the way to talk us through it all and ease our worries. “I was wanting to book Lapland for my family for Christmas time and simply didn’t have a clue where to start. We saw on Facebook someone we know had used Lizzie to book a similar trip so I got in touch. Lizzie was brilliant, very informative and quickly responded to any issues I had. She helped book an amazing trip that we all thoroughly enjoyed. The whole package with Santa's Lapland was brilliant. 6 of us went including grandparents and have memories that will stay with us forever. Lizzie made this experience stress free by organising everything and we thank her very much for all her work. Just before Lapland my two boys received a lovely personal little gift in post off Lizzie what was greatly appreciated and kind of her. I would highly recommend Lizzie to anyone looking for help booking a trip. Thanks again.”
