“If you’re after a getaway that’s equal parts fitness and fun, Lizzie is the one to call! She organised the most amazing trip to Mallorca for our group of friends and our PT from the local gym, and it was absolute perfection! Picture this: bootcamps on the beach as the sun comes up, smashing workouts in the sand, and then chilling by the pool with plenty of laughs and a few cocktails in hand. Lizzie thought of everything, from our gorgeous beachfront spot to local hidden gems that made us feel like true Mallorcans for the week! We all came away feeling fitter, closer, and sun-kissed – and before we’d even unpacked, we’d already re-booked with Lizzie for 2025! Can’t wait for round two. “If you’re after the ultimate foodie adventure in Italy, Lizzie’s the one to make it happen! I wanted a unique trip to bring my clients up close with the best of Italian produce and healthy, traditional cooking – and Lizzie totally outdid herself! We spent our mornings exploring lively local markets, filling our baskets with fresh, seasonal goodies (hello, sun-ripened tomatoes and fragrant herbs!). Then, back at our gorgeous villa, a private chef worked wonders with our haul while I talked through the benefits of Mediterranean cooking with my clients. Lizzie made sure every detail was spot-on, from arranging our perfect villa to handpicking each experience with real thought and flair.
