“Lizzie is very responsive and attentive. Her approach is both friendly and professional. She can't do enough to help when things go wrong, as they inevitably do these last few years (pandemic); even when matters are out of her control. We'll definitely be using her services again.”

“Responsive and knowledgeable. Happy to amend and tweak the itinerary numerous times until we were happy with everything. All queries dealt with in a matter of hours, if not minutes, whether by email or phone; unlike other travel companies at the moment where it can take over an hour for the phone to be answered. We are very happy with the service we received.”

“Lizzie, you have knocked the ball right out of the park with this holiday. Our 4th booking with you and more to come, for sure. Lizzie has a 'WHY' very similar to mine, and that's to give a better life to her sons, especially Matthew who has autism. This lovely lady, with Broonie at her side, makes dreams come true.”
