“We have been looked after by Antonia now for around 10 different holidays and cannot say we have had a problem with any of them. Everything is looked after with the utmost attention to detail and always on time. She is very pleasant to deal with, always cheerful with a very quick response to questions. “We have used Antonia at Designer Travel to help us arrange a variety of holidays......large group skiing trips, rugby club tours, our teenage daughter's holidays and our family holidays to places such as Africa on Safari, Sri Lanka and The Maldives. Each time it has been great to be able to discuss general ideas and then leave the suggestions, arranging and fine details to Antonia. She has been able to assess the needs of the holiday perfectly, work within the budget discussed and source the best locations and prices. It really has made all our holiday bookings stress free, as she has taken all the hassle away! Having an expert at the end of a phone, or easily accessible by email, makes arranging your holidays enjoyable. The knowledge and information she has access to, has always been wide ranging and then having the flexibility within that has been perfect for making those little adjustments and adding personal touches. Easy to contact, knowledgeable, prompt, flexible, within budget, personal touches and stress free....great way to book your holidays!”
