“With a very special birthday on the near horizon and a few tough years. Gordon and I decided we deserved a holiday to remember. Our dream was to go to Canada to visit 2 sets of relatives and see The Rockies. We also hoped to see some Canadian Wildlife and the Northern Lights. We set Sarah a major challenge which include 4 separate flights, two ferry crossings, Car hire, Car parking, 6 changes of hotels and a 1235 kilometre car journey through the Rockies. All at a price we could afford and in a space of 16 days. We knew she would do it and when our travel pack arrived two weeks before our trip with each part of our journey mapped out our excitement, and relief, soared. From start to finish our journey was flawless. Every time we arrived to change flights, pick up a car, stay at a hotel it was as if Sarah was with us guiding us through. There were no stresses or complications. Except for a short detour in the Rockies of 102 kilometres because the motorway was closed. But this only gave us more time to appreciate the beauty of our surroundings and see some great places that weren’t planned . I don’t think we can ever thank Sarah enough for everything she did for us. She made our dreams come true. We saw our relatives, some we had never met others we hadn’t seen for several years. We saw views that were just unbelievable. We saw lots of wildlife, however the night we stood on top of a mountain waiting for the Aurora to appear I heard a lot of rustling in the bushes behind us, so fear of bears and too many clouds meant we didn’t see it. But hey that just means another conversation with Sarah and another trip. Thank you Sarah you are The Best xxxx Sue and Gordon”

“We have just got back from a beautiful last minute holiday in Turkey, which Sarah organised for us. She was so thorough with all the planning and organising and nothing was too much trouble, even though it was last minute!! Would 110% recommend Sarah for holiday booking, for piece of mind and her knowledge and commitment to make sure everything is perfect!! You made our holiday completely stress free and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday! Thank you so so much for making our experience extra special!! You are a star!!! Looking forward and excited to our next holiday, you have organised for us!!”

“Superb service from Sarah. I asked Sarah to arrange a short break in London, with a show and great hotel on a ridiculously limited budget. This lady did it and in super quick time. It made it so easy! Highly recommended”

“I recently went to Sarah for the first time after being recommended to her by a colleague from work and she has been unbelievable. Initially I was using Sarah to benchmark against quotes I’d had from high street travel agents (sorry Sarah ), but after not only beating the quote she then looked after me as if I was a friend rather than a customer - that part has been priceless. I’ll still always shop around in case there’s some really good deals out there, but I’ll always come back to Sarah in the hope she can get somewhere close. And even if she’s more expensive - I’ll still probably end up going through Designer Travel just because of the “Sarah factor””

“Sarah is the keystone in our holiday planning. She helps us decide where and when to go and gets us the best deal once we have agreed what we want. From then, she makes our pre-holiday arranging easy and often gets us out of trouble by being on the end of a phone when filling in the online forms that abound when travelling anywhere. The service doesn’t stop when we leave the UK, as she will be on hand if we hit a major problem with any of the holiday suppliers. When we get back she takes the time to get our feedback on the country and the destination so future travellers with her can benefit. It is a value for money service that means we go away confident that all bases have been covered. Michael and Ruth”

“To Sarah Chapman, I would like to thank you for the help you provided in ensuring that we have a holiday booked in the diary for next year. The process could not have been simpler. You emailed me one evening with some ideas and I had booked the next day. I know from previous experience that this process would have taken me days and weeks in search time, looking for varying deals, prices and cashback whilst also trying to run my business. Instead, you understood what I was looking for, and answered all my questions. You also thought outside of the box on our behalf. After booking, your assistance did not stop because you continued to look for convenient parking options for us which you kindly found. And since originally finding that one, which was convenient for us at the time, you notified us when you found something that was more convenient. All over and above the normal customer journey. I really want to thank you for the time you have saved us so that we can look forward to our wonderful cruise next year. We have no hesitation in using your services again and for certain will be recommending you to any of our family and friends. As a bonus, your service, help and assistance did not cost us any more than If we had done this ourselves. Once again, thank you very much”
