“Dear Sarah, I write this testimonial in recognition of the incredible service I have received from you and your team at Designer Travel. Firstly, back in August when the travel corridor to Portugal was deemed safe you booked a golfing holiday for myself, my husband, and our friends to go to Portugal in November. You listened carefully to our requests then went ahead and booked exactly what we wanted including securing our preferred tee times on the course that we love. However, by November the travel corridor to Portugal had closed and our holiday could not go ahead. You immediately offered to move our holiday to the same time next year or give us a full refund. With heavy hearts we asked for a refund. Sarah you were amazing! With no hesitation and with no inconvenience to us you immediately confirmed that we would get a full refund. You were true to your word and within a very short period of time and without us having to chase we were indeed refunded in full. “Sarah did an amazing job of finding me the perfect holiday. I wanted a last minute holiday and she came up with various suggestions. I was provided me with a detailed checklist of what I needed to do once the holiday was booked, including links to websites to get the necessary COVID paperwork to allow us to travel. I can highly recommend Sarah and the support she provides.”

“Sarah has been organising our family travel arrangements for a number of years now. She has always interpreted our needs and always comes up with the perfect holiday. We have made some amazing family memories thanks to Sarah. After a long break because of COVID we have decided to venture abroad this year. Sarah has straight away come up with the perfect break in a familiar location to be near our friends. Looking forward to all the future holidays Sarah will find for us.”

“What an excellent trip to Malta! Sarah hand picked an excellent hotel in an amazing spot that met all our requirements. Guided me through all the current restrictions and paperwork so stress free travel! Have booked another trip with Sarah with excursions, transfers, hotel and flights for April too!
