From then, she makes our pre-holiday arranging easy and often gets us out of trouble by being on the end of a phone when filling in the online forms that abound when travelling anywhere. The service doesn’t stop when we leave the UK, as she will be on hand if we hit a major problem with any of the holiday suppliers. When we get back she takes the time to get our feedback on the country and the destination so future travellers with her can benefit. “To Sarah Chapman, I would like to thank you for the help you provided in ensuring that we have a holiday booked in the diary for next year. The process could not have been simpler. You emailed me one evening with some ideas and I had booked the next day. I know from previous experience that this process would have taken me days and weeks in search time, looking for varying deals, prices and cashback whilst also trying to run my business. Instead, you understood what I was looking for, and answered all my questions. You also thought outside of the box on our behalf. After booking, your assistance did not stop because you continued to look for convenient parking options for us which you kindly found. And since originally finding that one, which was convenient for us at the time, you notified us when you found something that was more convenient. All over and above the normal customer journey. I really want to thank you for the time you have saved us so that we can look forward to our wonderful cruise next year. We have no hesitation in using your services again and for certain will be recommending you to any of our family and friends. As a bonus, your service, help and assistance did not cost us any more than If we had done this ourselves. Once again, thank you very much”

“Dear Sarah I wanted to take the time to send you a personal testimonial to say Thank You for organising a wonderful holiday to Rhodes this year for Colin and I. I gave you a difficult brief. I explained that we like slightly off beat and unusual accommodation with some self catering elements but with breakfast included. I stated that we like to be close to historical centres, but also shopping centres and the coast and lovely restaurants. We like peace and quiet but I in the middle of everything happening! You would think my ideal holiday would be impossible but you found exactly the right place for us- an arty apart-hotel just off the beaten track which gave us independence but also the personal touch. Colin and I got to know the owner and the staff and had probably the best Greek breakfasts possible every day with home make yoghurt and marmalade and impossibly delicious Greek omelettes. The accommodation was within 15 mins of historic medieval Rhodes and 5 minutes of the coast and 10 minutes to designer shopping. Colin and I literally had the best holiday with so much walking and sightseeing and eating out at gorgeous restaurants that we were in heaven! Thank you for taking on an almost impossible brief and making it possible! I have already recommended you to friends and family and will be using your services again for more holidays in the future. “Sarah has personally overseen our holiday arrangements for the last 7 years or more. She finds us good deals and explains what is involved before we commit. She is always available to answer last-minute questions or help complete the unfathomable immigration forms that are required post-Covid. We rely on her being contactable to help sort problems that arise when we are away and she is always ready to listen and learn from post-visit feedback. She is a vital link for our holidays.”
