“We had such a wonderful time - thank you for all your advice you really picked a great spot. The hotel was fantastic, gorgeous rooms, great location and the staff could not have been more helpful. The family deluxe room was ideal for us, loads of space and very comfortable. We especially liked the fact the hotel was small and boutique. I would absolutely recommend you to my friends and family - you actually managed to suggest a holiday even my husband liked - no easy feat”

“Dear Sarah, I write this testimonial in recognition of the incredible service I have received from you and your team at Designer Travel. Firstly, back in August when the travel corridor to Portugal was deemed safe you booked a golfing holiday for myself, my husband, and our friends to go to Portugal in November. You listened carefully to our requests then went ahead and booked exactly what we wanted including securing our preferred tee times on the course that we love. However, by November the travel corridor to Portugal had closed and our holiday could not go ahead. You immediately offered to move our holiday to the same time next year or give us a full refund. With heavy hearts we asked for a refund. Sarah you were amazing! With no hesitation and with no inconvenience to us you immediately confirmed that we would get a full refund. You were true to your word and within a very short period of time and without us having to chase we were indeed refunded in full. Thank you Sarah, you are a truly professional & caring lady and you put us first. We were in very safe hands. I whole heartedly recommend you to anyone who is looking to book a holiday”

“Sarah did an amazing job of finding me the perfect holiday. I wanted a last minute holiday and she came up with various suggestions. I was provided me with a detailed checklist of what I needed to do once the holiday was booked, including links to websites to get the necessary COVID paperwork to allow us to travel. I can highly recommend Sarah and the support she provides.”
