Having met Sarah a number of times she has a clear passion for helping people get the holiday that is perfect for them. When we asked her to help arrange our holiday she very quickly understood the dynamics of our family and we found a resort that had something for everyone. She worked hours beyond any pay reward to secure the accomodation and preferred flight times, delivered a truely personal service beyond anything you would receive online. she even arranged for a bottle of plonk to be in our room on arrival. “I would 100% recommend Sarah to anyone, from start to finish our trip was faultless, we had to best room and Sarah even sorted out a birthday cake for my wife on arrival. I was offered lot of choices and all at a reasonable price. Using Sarah takes away all the booking hassle from start to finish, highly recommended. We will definitely be using her again! Thanks Kev”

“In the latest lockdown (if it ever ends) I decided to book a holiday but was afraid of booking one in case it had to be cancelled. After speaking with Sarah, she reassured me that it would not be a problem and that I should book asap because there are some cracking deals. Wow, she was right. Within 1 day Sarah came back to me with some fantastic options perfectly suited to my family, especially my 7-year-old daughter. I had lots of changes to my requirements and Sarah was so helpful in all respects. I can’t wait to go to Tenerife in October! All I have to do is turn up at the airport, hand my keys over to the parking people and enjoy the break in 5-star luxury for 3-star prices. If you are thinking of going away this or next year give Sarah a call, it is so worth it. She is AMAZING Thank you, Sarah.”

“We have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime all designed by Sarah‘ Chapman of Designer travel. We stayed in Bergen, Fredrikstad and Sweden....all designed and booked to perfection. Sarah streamlined it all for us , which meant a lot to these 2 ole timers .
