“I have never used a travel agent before Then I was introduced to Sarah Sarah is amazing She has sorted out some amazing deals for me Where I forget things Sarah remembers and she’s so calm and patient finding exactly what you require from your holiday I have mobility issues Sarah sorted out assistance at the airport for me Sarah even got me a good deal with travel insurance I asked about holiday excursions Sarah said she would help I will be booking ALL my holidays through Sarah in the future I have recommended her to friends and family Highly recommend.”

“I have to say though, you have been very professional from the beginning when we originally booked the holiday as this is first time for many years that we have used a travel agent. “Well, where do I even begin? Firstly, Sarah is one of the most professional, understanding, and accommodating travel agents that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Sarah has such a vast knowledge of travel and the industry itself, her advice and recommendations have been second to none, and I feel like she has really listened to me and understood my needs as a client. To mark my other half’s special birthday coming up, we have obviously decided to go and celebrate in true style, something which we are both craving after the last few years (and after realising we haven’t been away together for 5 years! ) I initially ran up some quotes online, and thought to contact Sarah to see whether she could at least match any of the prices that I had been given - it’s always great to support local and independent where you can, after all! Especially at this given moment in time regarding how tough the last few years have been on the economy as a whole, and particularly how the travel and tourism industry has been damaged as a result! Sarah was so quick to respond to my request, and took her time to talk through with me the resort suitability, travel schedules, etc, to ensure that I was totally happy with my choice. Upon confirming this, Sarah matched my quotes and within 24 hours of initially enquiring, our next adventure was fully booked!! If you are considering going away at all, I urge you to contact Sarah and take advantage of her vast knowledge base, expertise, and experience to instil you with the highest level of confidence and excitement about your next trip away! Thank you SO much Sarah, I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone who will listen!”

“Sarah is just amazing!! We went on our holiday in January 2019 to Tenerife and everything was fabulous! We had literally nothing to worry about; it was a flawless holiday. So we rebooked for this year...not one holiday, but two ❤ Unfortunately due to COVID 19 we are unable to go and a few quick and easy messages we have been able to rebook for next year with such ease. It's a worrying time but thanks to Sarah this was a big thing we didn't need to worry about so thank you so much She has even messaged me to let me know my daughters passport will need renewing - such an amazing service. Highly recommend Thank you xx”

“Would highly recommend using Sarah to book your next holiday. Sarah spent her time finding the right holiday for us and nothing was too much of an ask. Within 3 days of contacting Sarah we have booked a holiday for April 2021 in a stunning hotel. Thank you Sarah we really appreciate it!”

“Thank you for all your help and expertise in helping my family with their holidays. Following Thomas Cook going bankrupt and Covid, my mum was very reluctant to book a holiday through a generic travel service, remembering all the hours spent on hold and on the phone to reschedule holidays. I introduced my mum to Sarah, and it’s fair to say my mum now has Sarah on speed dial. Since then, my mum has booked through Sarah trips including a UK cruise during Covid, trips to Malta, Krakow and is in the process of booking Greece and Cuba. My mum says the best thing all is the stress taken care of, the paperwork and API is all done, so no need to worry. “With a very special birthday on the near horizon and a few tough years. Gordon and I decided we deserved a holiday to remember. Our dream was to go to Canada to visit 2 sets of relatives and see The Rockies. We also hoped to see some Canadian Wildlife and the Northern Lights. We set Sarah a major challenge which include 4 separate flights, two ferry crossings, Car hire, Car parking, 6 changes of hotels and a 1235 kilometre car journey through the Rockies. All at a price we could afford and in a space of 16 days. We knew she would do it and when our travel pack arrived two weeks before our trip with each part of our journey mapped out our excitement, and relief, soared. From start to finish our journey was flawless. Every time we arrived to change flights, pick up a car, stay at a hotel it was as if Sarah was with us guiding us through. There were no stresses or complications. Except for a short detour in the Rockies of 102 kilometres because the motorway was closed. But this only gave us more time to appreciate the beauty of our surroundings and see some great places that weren’t planned . I don’t think we can ever thank Sarah enough for everything she did for us. She made our dreams come true. We saw our relatives, some we had never met others we hadn’t seen for several years. We saw views that were just unbelievable. We saw lots of wildlife, however the night we stood on top of a mountain waiting for the Aurora to appear I heard a lot of rustling in the bushes behind us, so fear of bears and too many clouds meant we didn’t see it. But hey that just means another conversation with Sarah and another trip. Thank you Sarah you are The Best xxxx Sue and Gordon”
