“We returned from a cruise which Kay escorted - WOW The trips that SHE organised enabling us to see places that we would never have visited if kay hadn't been on the cruise. She was the glue that kept us all together ensuring we all enjoyed the holiday. Making sure we did things the group wanted to do. We knew exactly what was planned meeting in the morning for the trip( if we wanted to go) or we could do our own thing. Although No one did that A special time was the evening meal together with lots of laughter and excellent company. She has taken the worry out of our holiday . Organising everything from the bus down and back to manchester to the overnight stay in the hotel before the flight. And daily tours. She is ALWAYS at the end of the phone to allay any concerns or problems. Which she sorts out immediately She is aways professional with excellent knowledge. She organised a birthday cake for me which was very kind of her.( and made me cry with joy) thank you. Also, we were awaiting baby news from home and as we didn't have a wifi package, Kay allowed us to contact home for updates using her own mobile .... 20 people left chester le street as acquaintances and returned as friends thanks to kay and her organisational skills. I love going on cruises with kay. She takes away the worry.. She is one in a million I can't thank her enough. Jean and Mick Xx”

“We have been using Kay as our "bespoke" travel agent for a couple of years now, we usually take 6 foreign holidays each year during the winter months. I have a quick look online to see what is available then forward on our request to Kay. Her planning is always 1st rate and provides us with a complete package of documentation including Boarding Passes. Well done Kay and may our "collaboration" carry on for many years!”

“We recently returned from a Caribbean group cruise arranged by Kay Frankland. She did an excellent job booking the cruise and flights ,checking we had completed all the information required before we sailed and then she completed our immigration forms for us. - She even travelled with us !! Kay provided an itinerary for us for all the Island stops and arranged tours round the highlights of each island which you could choose to take part in if you wished. Her negational skills came to the fore as she obtained the best price from all the taxi firms. She made a confirmed reservation in the dining room for us to have the same tables every night and also arranged return transport for us from our home town to and from Manchester airport . She also booked rooms for an overnight stay at an airport hotel and negotiated a good price which included a cooked breakfast and then a fleet of taxis to take us from the hotel to the airport. I cannot fault her organisational skills ,friendly and approachable manner and deserves recognition.”

“We have booked many holidays through Kay but being part of one of her organised group tours we saw how amazing Kay really is at her job. From the word “go” Kay , as the ultimate professional, absorbed all the pressures related to booking a holiday , other than what to pack in a suit case (although I am sure she could have done that for us too if we were struggling). Prior to the holiday itself, Kay was in regular contact with us ensuring all the administrative deadlines for the holidays were met and where possible completed them for us in her own time. I cannot stress how efficient Kay is, her knowledge, planning and care for her clients on this holiday cruise was absolutely stellar. Everyday, while we were away, she regularly checked on our welfare and was ready to resolve any problems. However, Kay’s experience really showed in organising the trips. Every shore day she organised trips around the islands, seeking experiences that were memorable, fun and value for money. Finally, through, her personality, planning and interpersonal skills she made 20 clients who were relative strangers on day one of the cruise into 20 very good friends who had a great holiday full of fun, laughter and all ready to book again.”
