Having specific criteria for a girls holiday, I have to say Dinah was amazing at doing just that, she suggested a few alternatives, whilst still listening to our needs. “Dinah was very efficient sorting out our booking, any extras we wanted to add on after were no trouble, she was always contactable. We had a situation a few days before we were due to fly not knowing if we would be able to go and Dinah was communicating with the airline and the tour operators to work out the options for us which took a lot of stress out of the situation. We will continue to use Dinah for our future holidays, thank you Dinah.”

“Dinah was fantastic from the very start when I made contact, coming back to me quickly and always when she said she would with lots of information and advice on the trip I wanted to book. The trip itself was exactly as described and we had the most amazing time in Lapland.”
