“Booking a holiday with Susan was so easy and hassle free. Despite changing dates and destination several times to fit our requirements Susan was really helpful and went out of her way to help us. Susan listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect hotel with brilliant facilities ensuring our stay was as relaxed as possible. Susan even got us an upgrade from Bungalow with garden view to a sea view. I highly recommenf Susan and will defininately book my future holiday with her!”

“Since March this year we have taken three holidays arranged by Sue Dearing of Designer Travel. The destinations were China, Crete and the Maldives. We can collectively write a review for all three holidays as the service and support we received from Sue was exemplary and professional. From booking the holiday to the return journey home, all aspects were covered. Sue also went the extra mile reminding us of visa requirements etc. etc. We would thoroughly recommend Sue to anyone considering booking a holiday and indeed, we will be booking further holidays through her.”

“Susan organised a brilliant holiday for my sister and I to Portugal. She sent us various options to pick from after talking about what we are interested in and then handled all the bookings and communication with the hotel and airline. She got a great price for the holiday and it was an effortless process. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend booking trips through Susan.”

“I’m updating you on the services of Susan Dearing, who I have previously reviewed. We have just returned from Florida. I’ll be honest, we could have got the holiday slightly cheaper booking direct but we like the security of knowing we have the backing of a fantastic travel agent. On our last day, I had just finished packing the cases when I saw a message that our flight had been cancelled at short notice and we’d been re-booked onto a flight the next day. I got in touch with Susan by e-mail and in half an hour, Susan had got everything sorted and we were able to stay in the same hotel and even the same room. All I had to do was unpack the bikini and get myself a cocktail! As I said before, Susan Dearing is worth every penny!”

“We recently used Susan to find us a holiday to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. From start to finish Susan exceeded our expectations. She found us a perfect holiday which we would not have found ourselves. Susan checked us in, sorted out the car hire and everything went without a hitch allowing us to relax from the start. Would definitely use her services again and would recommend.”

“The service offered by Susan was fantastic. Long haul travel can be stressful especially with young children so being able to contact Susan if needed during our trip was invaluable. She was very quick to react to messages and sort any issues we had and having that comfort was brilliant and just made the whole experiance stressfree. All of what Susan sorted for our trip from flights, transfers and acccommadation was perfect and we will definatley be using her services again for our next adventure and would recommend her to anyone.”
