“Special memories Mauritius and Lanzarote We met Carol at a wedding fair... and we are so glad we did. She sorted out our honeymoon to Mauritius and it was superb, she helped keep it a surprise for my wife too... Stupidly I went with a normal package company for our next holiday and all the personal touches and flair were missing. We've now just returned from a second holiday, we booked to go to the Princesa Yaiza in Lanzarote through Carol with our six month old son. We had the most amazing time. I wouldn't have ever considered Lanzarote but Carol made me give it a try and we're so glad she did. Carol makes a holiday so personal - she listens to what you want and need and she delivers every time. I will only use her from here on in for every holiday we go on, I can't praise her enough. “South American Adventure Just had an amazing holiday in South America - organised by Carol. We had some fun getting out of Bolivia - but Carol and the local agents were truly amazing and we were able to continue our fabulous holiday on schedule.We saw nearly all the main attractions in South America. “Singapore and Malaysia Birthday Trip This has been such an amazing two weeks! Once again, Carol arranged an absolutely unforgettable and wonderful holiday for us. “Precious Family Holidays As a busy working family, we really enjoy spending quality time together on holiday – unfortunately, given time is often at a premium, we usually leave things until the last minute. Thankfully, we found Carol and in the last 12 months or so she has been simply fantastic in helping us organise a number of trips and holidays. From weekends in London as a treat for our Mum’s to 2 family holidays for us, nothing is ever too much trouble. What I really value is Carol’s advice, she knows exactly what we’re looking for and recommends the best options for us often highlighting the pro’s and con’s, suggesting locations, hotels everything really! When I say nothings too much trouble it really isn’t, there have been many a time when we’ve been backwards and forwards changing our minds, dates and locations and within hours she’s responded with a variety of revised options to consider. We’ve already recommended Carol to others and its fair to say we’ve never been so organised with our holidays - we’re just looking forward to enjoying them now! Thanks again for all your help. “Carol always helps us plan our holidays and never disappoints. She is friendly and professional and her travel knowledge is amazing. We know when we book with Carol she will strive to make our holiday the best that it can be. On our most recent holiday, she was on hand when things couldn't go as planned due to bush fires and she supported us every step of the way, despite a difficult time difference.
