“Carol was recommended to me as I was looking to book a cruise but didn’t have a clue where to start. Carol was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable and extremely personable. Carol really understood how important it was for me to have all details and spoke to me several times to answer queries. Carol provided me with tips and guidance on other things I needed to consider such as shore excursions, dining options, AI drinks packages etc and had so much knowledge about all the destinations we were visiting on the cruise. She provided information above and beyond what I was expecting and feel so comfortable that I have booked the right thing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carol to friends and will certainly be using her again in the future, no doubt I’ll have something else I would like to pick her brains on regarding this trip and I know she will more than happy to help. Highly recommended.”

“Steve and I would like to thank Carol for all the planning for our wonderful holiday and wedding at Victoria Beachcombers. We felt confident with Carol's advice because we had been recomendended by a friend. Carol has first hand experience of the places that she recommends and one feels that first hand knowledge is so valuable. Carol was there to help us every step of the way from the initial suggestions to drawing up a package that we were so happy with. She, and colleagues were also there when we needed to reschedule due to bereavement and we were assured of the same experience a year from our initially planned date. Again, how unlucky were we to find disruption to our plans due to storm Belal that affected our flights. Carol was on hand and assured us that we could call any time as she worked tirelessly behind the scenes to reschedule the whole holiday and flights. We felt confident that we were going to get there safely and have a wonderful experience. We had an amazing wedding day and honeymoon experience and would recomend Victoria Beachcombers to everyone. The team there were very professional and made sure we hd a lovely experience. On our wedding day there was even a personal note from Carol wishing us well and that was a lovely personal touch. ( I have written a detailed review on tripadviser of the resort and facilities) We were so grateful to have a calm steady person to guide us that knew the suite of hotels well and was able to recommend the one that suited us best. Carol is an experienced travel agent with lots of invaluable first hand knowledge. She is always on hand to answer any queries. We willrecomend Carol and Designer Travel to our friends. “Carol has helped us to book a Kenyan safari for my husband's 50th birthday. She dealt with our concerns and queries very quickly and put together a fantastic trip. She first gave us a number of options which other travel agents did not do. I would highly recommend Carol and will hopefully be booking further holidays with her.”

“Carol has organised many holidays for us over the years and we highly recommend her. Carol creates itineraries /adventures to suit every requirement - destinations, dates, length of time, budgets. She has a wealth of experience, resulting in our trips always exceeding expectations. Our recent holiday to Canada incorporated planes, train, ferry, tour transfers and it was smooth running all the way. Don't spend time searching the internet, give Carol a ring, nothing is too much trouble and no question is too trivial.”

“We love booking our holidays with Carol. She has such great insight and knowledge to help choose the right ones for us. And takes the hassle out of looking for the needle in the haystack! Better still, if things go wrong, she's on it, relieving the pain of having to sort out. She's like our own personal travel assistant!”
