“Instruction photos could have a bit more "zoomed out" to help identify the direction main parts were facing. Hoped the headrest would adjust horizontally more as I tilt my head forward when at desk. Other than those picky issues everything is good. My son said chair does everything the Herman Miller chairs do for considerably less.”
