“Desk came in decent packaging. Assembly Instructions were all low-resolution images that were sometimes hard to discern. On occasion would have benefitted from additional written clarifications. Some of the pre-drilled holes in the support brackets were too small for the provided hardware, so I rigged it without the use of that hardware. Three stars and no more.”
“I really like the color of this chair. It’s not one of those colors that feels kind of “in your face” which I appreciate. I like the color a lot and it looks really nice in person.
The setup instructions were pretty straightforward, although putting it together did take some effort on my end since I am but a tiny female who does not lift weights on a regular basis haha. I will say it took me a little while to figure out the seat height adjustment because the lever wasn’t working for me at first. I ended up moving/shifting the seat somehow and then suddenly it worked?? I honestly don’t remember exactly what I did, but once I figured it out I haven’t had any issues with it.
I’ve been able to configure the chair pretty much exactly how I like it, and I can sit and work for hours without getting back pain. If you have cats that like to scratch things, I might recommend getting a seat cover, because my cat definitely tries to scratch the seat.
Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“I am an ergonomic evalator and very particular about my office products. I purchased the sit stand for myself and was delighted in the color combination available, black - white - wood are so yawn and i was able to get bluse pink legs ! in terms of the set up it was very easy to follow the instructions and the unit itself is easy to adjust for my standing or sitting hieght. the construction is HIGH quality. This will not wobble, i have it on carpeted floor and its solid. I also appreciate the bamboo top - color and construction.
I have never used any of desktronic products myself and I think this will be part of my equipment recommendation list, especially for those who work from home and want something a little less boring.
i should also add, that I forgot to add my coupon code and the customer service was stupendous- they got back to me in 24hours and already applied the credit. there is really nothing negative about my experience .. i highly recommend this company for service and product quality.”

“I bought the chair and I loved it! So I bought the desk and all of the attachments. I was super disappointed. The desk came cracked and discolored. Very sad especially considering the high price point. Now I’m left unsure of what to do with this broken desk”

“Super impressed with this desk. My last desk was a Fully Jarvis, which has been discontinued and is still super expensive. This is a great replacement. I put this together alone and it took an hour - I never put furniture together but I found the instructions (the video) really easy to follow. It was easy to figure out the pieces and which way they go. The green color is gorgeous - it's a gray green. I bought the drawer accessory and didn't pay attention that it was only recommended for the larger sized desk. I screwed it into the 24x48 and it sticks out a couple of inches but I don't mind; I like having a drawer. I also bought a monitor arm, cord management and the magnet cord holder. If you get the cable trays, you may not need the magnet cord channel because your cords won't snake down the leg of the desk. I got both and am not using the magnetic cable holder. The monitor arm was harder to put together than the desk was but I found a video for that on an Amazon listing. I am 5'5" and I wish the desk went a inch or two lower - if you are short, you may need to use a foot stool with this desk in order to have an ergonomic setup. Oh, and the desk comes with a bunch of 3m clips - I recommend saving 2-3 and using them to help hold cords, once the desk is together and you know where your cords will go. The raise/lower mechanism is very smooth and quiet. I love the bamboo top - does not show fingerprints.”

“Two of the holes weren't tapped for the screws they provided so I had to go to a hardware store and buy seft tapping screws to finish the assembly. Otherwise the desk is great.”

“Please have someone else with you to assist with bringing the desk in, as well as having a mechanical drill for the screws. The DIY here is a bit intense, but worth it. Once assembled, the desk is phenomenal.”

Overall, I’m satisfied with my Desktronic desk. I did have some issues with my original frame arriving damaged, but Desktronic compensated me $50 for the hassle and ultimately resolved the situation.
As far as stability goes, I wouldn’t call it completely wobble-free. My 34-inch ultrawide monitor does jiggle a bit while I’m typing, although that could be partly due to the size and weight of the monitor. When I’m not typing, the desk feels stable, and overall I’m happy with the performance.
The desk is also not whisper quiet. It’s certainly not loud or disruptive, but I wouldn’t describe the motor as whisper quiet either.
I’m giving it 4/5 stars because I like the desk and am happy with my purchase, but there are a few areas where I think expectations should be realistic. I’ve only had it for a relatively short time, so only time will tell how well the electronic components and lifting mechanism hold up.
Would I pay full price for it? Probably not. At full price, I’d expect a little more refinement. That said, overall I’m satisfied with my purchase and would still recommend it with those caveats.”
