“I was a little rough with my light ranger 2000 tripod base and damaged the stake loop. I called to see about a replacement but unfortunately it went to voicemail. So I decided to just leave a message about my issue. A week later I received a new tripod base! I value companies that stand by their products.”

“I couldn’t be more happy with the product, first of all, but even if something happens the customer service is super helpful and respond very quickly!
I did end up having a problem with one of the foot inserts on my tripod. When I contacted Devos to see what my options were, they immediately replied and resolved the problem by replacing the tripod within about a week!
Again, I love the LightRanger 2000 so I bought 2! They’re my favorite outdoor device and have recommended friends and family since day one. Thanks Devos for the wonderful product and customer service. Top notch!”
