I was a little rough with my light ranger 2000 tripod base and damaged the stake loop. I called to see about a replacement but unfortunately it went to voicemail. So I decided to just leave a message about my issue. A week later I received a new tripod base! I value companies that stand by their products.

I couldn’t be more happy with the product, first of all, but even if something happens the customer service is super helpful and respond very quickly! I did end up having a problem with one of the foot inserts on my tripod. When I contacted Devos to see what my options were, they immediately replied and resolved the problem by replacing the tripod within about a week! Again, I love the LightRanger 2000 so I bought 2! They’re my favorite outdoor device and have recommended friends and family since day one. Thanks Devos for the wonderful product and customer service. Top notch!
