“My wife and I go camping every year. And we had a pretty good setup all the way around. This year we revamped almost everything due to the change in tents. We're both in our 60's, and so I figured this will be our last upgrade. I thought I'd we're going to do this, let's go big or go home.
And that's where Devos came in. I love lights! Lots and lots of lights! And I have a great deal of various lights. I saw the Devos Lightranger 2000 on one of the ads online. Clicked on the link and went to their site. After reading everything, I was interested. But I always do my research. Searched multiple YouTube videos and read reviews. Everything just leaned towards the positive. When I found all the accessories they carry for the 2000, I thought to myself, "alright, let's do this!"
Purchased the 2 pack special with heavy duty case. A few days later, I decided that getting the solar panels would be a really good idea and great investment.
When everything arrived, I must say I was really impressed and felt that the money spent, was indeed well worth it.
I took them outside that night and tested them out. Especially with the very easy to use app that they have. At my age, I can still find myself getting giddy over things. I was like a kid a Christmas.
The camping trip comes, and I finally get to put them to the real test of what I actually got them for. And let me tell you, they delivered tremendously! They did not disappoint whatsoever. Many compliments and questions about them, as well as my tents. The ability to turn them on and off, change colors on the fly, control the brightness, and control the direction from my phone was awesome and flawless. And the Bluetooth feature is out of this world! I have many Bluetooth devices. And generally, you're lucky to still control them from 30'-50'. Let me tell you, there's not a baseball player who can knock it out of the park as much as Devos has done with these. The last couple nights, I wanted to test the range with my phone app. First time: 200'. The last time: 350'!!! That's ridiculously great! Next time I go camping, I'll test just how far I can go before they don't respond.
The solar panels did quite well too. Left my lights out all the time. So they charged from morning till night. Never once did I have to worry about taking the light down and charge it. We used the lights for roughly 5-6 hours each night. We usually used the amber color and had it on low. More than enough light for the front camping area at that level. White light on medium was like road side construction at night. On high? Friday night football lights! Too much for where we were at and what we needed it for. But it's all good. I know I'll have enough light if ever I need it.
Devos, I'll come clean, I was a little sceptical initially. But when I saw the build quality, the abundance of features & accessories, and watch it in action, I sincerely tip my hat to you! Job well done everyone! Keep this level of quality moving forward, you got a fan for life!

“A great light, I like the ability to change colors and change the brightness and change it so that it has a longer range.
I also have two of the 1200.
I put on firework shows so they are very lightweight, they light up the whole shoot site area for cleanup and they last a very long time, long enough to get everything cleaned up and put away.
Four of my fireworks friends have bought the 1200 light sets also.”
