“Bought the set including the telescopic pole. Light didn't re-charge after a few re-chargings. Emailed Customer Service and they replaced the Light Head without issue. Disappointed with the quality of the telescopic pole that came with the set however. I have a Devos 1200 and 2000 set as well as the additional shorter telescopic pole I purchased before the 800 set was available. This sets pole is definitely less quality (more plastic, cheaper feel), and the light head did not even come with a cover for the charging port, nor a wall receptacle base for the supplied charging cord. I realize this set was made for a reduced price, but considering the light head isn’t blue-tooth or has any other color options for the lighting, that to me justified the price reduction. Not skimming on the quality of the telescopic pole or a cover for the charging port in adverse weather. The pole is so lightweight that the set will also blow over easily during any minimal winds. All of this combined will make me hesitant to buy future products so quickly based on their past products, without watching reviews on YouTube. Good customer service again, but disappointed the quality seems to be going along the lines of so many other companies”

“The lanterns worked great for the first few times we used it and then LEDs started to go out on each of them. Reached out to customer service and they took care of it right away. I didn't even know they were going to send me knew ones the next day until I saw the tracking number in an email. Recieved the new lantern in about a week and used them on the recent camping trip. So far they've worked great. Excellent customer service!”
