“I received the bag after the original bag was delivered with a hole in it. This was my first experience with Devos. Although they replaced the bag with one of the same type, I was a little disappointed that the bag had a hole in it to begin with. It didn’t give me the greatest confidence on bags durability overall (but time will tell). I would have preferred if they provided the upgraded rugged bag instead of this.”
