“we are long customers of Devo's.. recently I damaged one of the existing poles.. (we have 3) by turning the rod.. thats a no no.. we couldn't fix it ourselves so we contacted Devo's and got a replacment.. it was plug and play, easy peasy to replace the broken one..”
