“I purchased the Amp20 and motion sensor during the holiday sale. I think the box was dropped during delivery as I opened the package I noticed a lot of rattling inside the Amp20. It turns out something internal broke during transit. I also checked the motion sensor for functionality and noticed it had a mind of its own. I really think the delivery service dropped the ball (no pun intended) and damaged both devices. However, I reached out to Devos sent a video of the issues; a week or so later, I recieved a new Amp20 and motion sensor without any damages. I am glad I paid the extra few bucks for peace of mind since it did come in handy when making my initial claim. Thanks Devos!”
