“This was quite the hit. Making it at home (or a turkey something similar) would have been time consuming and unpredictable. This popped out of the oven perfectly cooked and impressed even the grandmothers. The stuffing was tasty and not too bready, the chicken was moist and the prosciutto added a lovely layer of Christmas crackle. Still moist on Boxing Day.”
