“Its a lovely summer meal. The fritter is flavoursome. Easy to serve it up in many different ways. My family loves the fresh salad with citrus dressing, side of roast mushrooms or sweet potato with feta and some flat bread/naan/wraps. Also we had the leftovers in sandwiches the next day - sti very nice”
