“Deliciously moreish and versatile. Easy and quick to make: scoop the mix out of the tub and straight into the pan. You can make whatever size you like, but small ones are easier to flip. I usually serve them with bacon, fried tomatoes, fried mushrooms, and condiments: onion jam, chili jam, guacamole, mango chutney, whatever I've got. I always intend to have the leftovers next day, but they're so moreish, I confess to a few midnight raids of the fridge.”
