“This dish came with the title that lured me into thinking healthy! The fish tastes came through with every mouthful and I could see the Barra portions and prawns. And it was so light, flavoursome and delicious, the flavours enhanced by the lemon I think; I added a couple of small baked carrots and some washed greens for added colour to our serving plates. Such a great dish for a very cool winter evening meal.”
