“I really enjoyed the dish. Loved the barramundi pieces and prawns and the sauce was delicious over rice. I think I may have applied too much oil during the cooking process as I had to pour it off prior to serving but it didn't affect the flavours.”

“A tasty dish to have on a banquet night. Husband and I loved it but teenage boys, not so much. One more for the adults perhaps.”
