What a great surprise this eye fillet was. Easy to cook and stayed juicy. The tarragon cream was a bit tangy but served on the side for guests to choose how much they had. The pink pepper coating was just right.

So so good! Enjoyed it at Christmas and everyone was raving about it. Easy to cook, so tender and the sauce was a fantastic accompaniment. Wish this was on the regular menu as I would definitely order again

Absolutely loved the eye fillet . Easy to cook and it was lovely and tender. I'm not usually confident in cooking a whole piece of fillet but with it being pre seared and ready to go with a lovely sauce it was a great success.
