This is a favourite easy lunch of mine, the cashews and dressing add a delicious element. Good on its own or with some added protein

I liked the miso sauce and the cashews but there were not many veggies and the variety fo veggies was poor. The freekah was the dominant ingredient.

We're thrilled you loved our homemade miso sauce and the cashews, but we're sorry to hear that we may have let you down with the veggie mix. We use a mix of delicious winter root veggies with beetroot, carrot, pumpkin and kale and there definitely should be a good proportion of vegetables and freekah. Very healthy, with the Veges, cashews and freekeh, and delicious! The freekeh is filling so you can eat it on its own. Good for the guy and bowel systems.

I enjoy most of the DL dishes but this one is exceptional! The balance of flavours and the freshness - chef’s kiss!

Delicious, both my partner who normally wants meat in a dish and I found the dish very tasty and filling. No need to add anything to it.

Deliciously nutty, with tasty roast veggies and an interesting miso dressing. Eat cold or warmed up! A great side dish.
