“Peeled off a thin protective piece to expose the adhesive, then carefully attached it to the glass. The plastic cover doesn’t fit anymore so I suppose this is how it’s designed. It would be helpful to have installation notes on the website to confirm this goes on the glass and not plastic piece ( although seems very slightly larger than the plastic leading me to believe it goes on the glass).”
