“Borys, who works in customer service at DipnDive, is the reason I took a chance and bought this used hood. I saw it for sale online and called the company for more details about the condition, size, etc. Borys offered to find the item and described the wear on the hood (which I didn't even see what he said looked like "wear" from the wetsuit by the neck) and measured it so I had an accurate idea of the size. I used it last weekend and liked it a lot. The hood's material is high quality and felt very good on my head. I really appreciated the extra time Borys took to answer my questions about the product.”
