“This is to follow up on a previous review where I paid for expedited shipping before a dive trip and they sent it USPS shipping (which we all know is unreliable) so it didn't get here in time. they refunded my shipping promptly. I appreciate that customer service and would likely use them again as they made an effort to make it right.”
